How long does it for my order to ship?
We ship all orders as quickly as possible using USPS, but please note there maybe processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days.
Orders must be received 12PM EST to ship same day. If the order is received after 12 PM EST, orders will ship the following business day.
I received a damaged product/defective item that I purchased.
We will take back any damaged/defective item that was purchased for an exchange to replace the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within a certain amount of days.
Return & Shipping Policy
Enjoy free shipping on all standard orders and an additional $15 charge for express shipping.
Once the order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be activated.
We have a non refund policy. All items are marked FINAL SALE and cannot be returned at any time. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
For lingerie please try them on over undergarments for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.
